You can now join the other Personal Trainers on the right who are Exercising For a Cause. Use the 3 steps below to run your own Water Warrior workout session, take your photos and be featured on the Exercise for a Cause website. And remember to have fun doing it!

Read the Personal Trainer Water Warrior  Pack and choose a workout idea to do with your personal training clients or create your own workout.

Take photos of your water warriors (your personal training clients, and you too) performing a water warrior workout or lifting something that is 40lbs (about 20kgs).

email your photos to the website and tell us about your workout.  Its as simple as attaching your photos to an email, see full instructions on the How To Email Your Photos page.
